“The Letter L” at Autumn Sky Poetry Daily

I was very pleased to see my inbox this morning. Autumn Sky Poetry Daily, a daily poem I subscribe to (and you should, too), published my poem “The Letter L“! Editor Klocek-Lim does a fantastic job curating the daily poems, and it’s always a treat to find fantastic poems in my inbox, so I am proud to have a poem she thought was good enough to send out to subscribers. I’ve been working with a lot of heavy emotional content recently, and I wanted to return to writing a poem that just felt good in the mouth, to capture the pure physical fun a poem can be when it dances on the tongue and lips–I love the mouthfeel of a good poem nearly as much as I hate the word ‘mouthfeel.’ I’m glad this one found its way into the world!
