Does It Have Pockets accepts 4 poems!

I am super grateful to Editor Griep and team at Does It Have Pockets! I messaged to withdraw a few poems that had been accepted elsewhere, and they generously invited me to submit a few more. I am really excited that they picked up my poems “Christmas Cake,” “Funeral Shoes,” and “Hobbyhopper” for their December 2025 issue. I also submitted a long poem figuring it was a long shot, but it’s a poem I love and, selfishly, I wanted someone to read it. Along with a written message on the poem that brought me to tears, the DIHP editorial team graciously accepted “It Begins This Way” for their March 2026 issue! I’m filled with gratitude tonight for such a gift!
